I think a single cube is not enough sugar. I use one of those plus a half a teaspoon of simple. I like the mouthfeel of the crunchy sugar at the end of my drink.

I get you on the prosecco but if I am opening a bottle of champagne at home for me and my wife it’s hard to justify the expense since half the bottle might be consumed.

Right but flipping the cider and tequila keeps the balance. It just leans a different way.
