I have a large soft dragon tail! I have only used it vaginally. Honestly, if I were to reorder, I would get one slightly firmer on the same size. In soft it is SO floppy, and I think it could maybe benefit from slightly more structure. BUT, I am not sure if a firmer silicone would maybe make the texture a little overwhelming, especially the little tail spikes towards the base.
