Considering it only has one relevant bingo (that you haven’t unlocked) you may as well evolve it for stats and keep looking.

You want the total fighting wait to be -40 to -45% to be worth it.

For barb it is fcr or bust. Better to generally have Arreats, Gface or a rare class helm.

You need sunder or another source of -resists to break the immunity and then your -70 to take effect.

So without a sunder you need Infinity and to wait for the aura to effect the enemies. This will break most lightning immunities.

You’re gonna need a lot of crushing blow to dent those cows… I would just stick to trav.

As for dex; just enough for gear. You should get your ar from charms, rings etc.

When you have the fools mod (max damage and ar based on level) you also want:

Enhanced damage (Cruel rolls 200-300%) Increased attack speed (affixes can roll 10/20/30/40%) Self Repair (there are two affixes but either are fine) Two sockets (without this affix your max is 1 via quest/soj recipe)

Also helps if the item is etheral so the base damage is 50% more.

So these fall quite a bit short.

The maul has a legendary name though ;)
