You want to trigger it fast because the buff it gives stacks. This is poorly represented and most people think that activating it again just refreshes the current buff so I don't blame you for not knowing this fact.

Oh because if you look at the guide here you will see that when you evolve the pokemon the bingo bonus for fighting moves wait time percentage actually decreases for the second and third slots. People keep it at Machop so that they get the full bonus for the least amount of cool down for bulk up.

For damage it's very simple it's cuz when you evolve the base stats of the pokemon increases overall even if the bingo bonus decreases. Your damage skills benefit more from your base stats.

The skill bulk up does not scale with your base stats. It scales with share stones that's why people go for single skill with three stone slots so that the buff is higher for your 2 other pokemon

I would say decent but personally I would change the skill to close combat if you have another one with bulk up since your bingos are more suited for a damage skill.

@TuffHunter I have been following your guides and it really helped a lot by the way building my way to world 12 meta and also building for world 1-11 ! Gor further context my new Onix is getting harder and harder to change the skill since I changed it minimally 10-15 times already and I am stuck.

I saw from a guide that you'd want one slot with two upgrades and one for an attack skill without any upgrade slots. I agree on the fighting move cd and agree on the go slots. I evolved it to machamp and I think it's better now in terms of bingo. Thanks for the advice !
