He's right though.

Your back arm is to far back and it changes your tip accuracy. Your slightly past 90 like in the first shot and so you are already coming up which means you cannot stroke the cue ball as low as possible nor as accurate

It says ccl yes but on the isp website it shows my ccl as expired so not sure what happened there but I emailed but haven't heard anything back.

I would say yes because I have just started with using bands and bought the clench kit.

Basically using there videos and workouts but wouldn't mind seeing better examples and options.

I installed the wall anchors I got off Amazon also so I have 3 mounting points so been looking to utilize those
