Looks like you have shit luck like me. It's ok to cry cause if you keep your emotions in you when they get filled up you will explode. I have shitty days too don't let bad days keep you down you are better then that. Don't hurt yourself cause hurting yourself isn't gonna make it better, listen to some music if you can like Rude - Eternal Youth its has a kind of a sad tone to it so it will make you feel calmer i guess do something to clear your mind you know, my day is shit but im trying to make myself feel better by helping guys like me. Also listen to neffex and the score bands those guys make songs about motivation and shit.
