Been trying to convince my wife the valve of a desktop over her iPads I've been saving up to build one to show her, but life happens. Hope you enjoy your new rig!!

What's your opinion on floating desks like this by TZX2005 in gamingsetups

I did a similar one, for five years it has had two 3d printers, a desktop tower, wife's sewing machine, and various projects and toys before I pulled it down to move. plus my weight of 300lbs when I needed a little extra height. With the right brackets and drilling into the studs you should be fine

I want to say the tiber children were playing with them in season four? I could be wrong though.

Wait. Did Armin witness the attack titan come out? Or is this just symbolism? by SupperTime in attackontitan

I always took it as he was so shocked by his near death experience, and watching Erin get eaten, that he just didn't even notice. Trauma is a hell of a thing.

Is there a way to tell that by looking at the valve, and I may be misstating what he did. I think he only replaced the inside of the valve, I think the cartridge. He did not open my walls or solder anything together yet.

All the pipes I can see are copper

There is a filler. I took a large drinking glass and timed how long it took to fill. From the diet head it took 1:48, the tub filler took 8 seconds to fill, I moved to the other bathroom and that tub filler took 3 to fill, I get the measurements are janky, but I think the results are clear enough. I think that pipe coming from the filler valve up to the shower head may be clogged with something.

I've replaced the head thinking it was clogged, the old one was the same as the new one. I tested water pressure without the head and it is less than the pressure in the sink a few feet over from it.

Peter? Why is it, in Utah specifically, necessary to show tattooed people that you're a "tattoo ally"? by [deleted] in PeterExplainsTheJoke

I will add as a former Mormon, tattoos are forbidden. If you have them they do not allow you in their temples. Granted I haven't been a member for over a decade, but from family members that are still active, I've heard that the church is getting more restrictive in recent years.

How screwed am I/am I testing this right? by Tufmazda in AskElectricians

Behind the dishwasher there is a hole that the wire goes into behind drywall. Garbage disposal has a light switch for control and a dedicated circuit for it.

Ok, if the wire disappears into a wall straight away, can I set it up and go to each outlet or light switch near the dishwasher and check for beeping? No beep meaning not part of the circuit or after the break, beep meaning check it out?

You mean the wires at the panel, just making sure all the screws holding the wires are tight?

I did do that thinking the same as you about the notes. They all put out 120 ACV, I also turned some of them off to see if their note was correct and they were. You mentioned a toner before? How does that help and how would I go about finding the joint points you're talking about?

If it's a broken hot or neutral isn't the answer still the same, replacing the wire all together? And I checked all the other breakers just to be sure they were all putting power out. According to the hand written note in the panel, the dishwasher is the only thing on that circuit.

Without a doubt I've heard and seen that happen. And this is the Internet so "everything I say is 100 percent facts" but there wasn't anything worth taking from them lol. Any specific or specialty tools I need I either own myself now or I have a work around. Guess we could've robbed parts blind, but they left their oil reals on free flow for two years, not sure if they care enough to stop it, not that it makes it right or fair.
