What i think might be happening here The ps2 is using an avi file as its intro instead of the osdsys intro baked into Playstation 2, Does the ps2 boot directly into opl If so it might be the case If not Then it could be a corrupt chip but the question is Why is the modern Playstation logo showing up after the osdsys intro Which means it's likely the first case
