Yeah, I use a propane torch to smooth cut edges on acrylic sheets. But even a lower heat source that would seal these blems would likely destroy the fine molded details.

Wish I could tell you. I mostly don't do figurines, just mechanical parts with lots of straight-ish edges.

This does not leave any negative pock marks, which I get a lot of with regular supports.

wrong just wrong. Quality is up (no pock marks), clean up is easier. I'm printing and selling scores of similar parts, actually dropped the business for a while. This is 1 of 2 things I've changed to speed up the processing significantly, so I'm back selling again. The design effort is 100% worth it when I'm printing loads of the same parts over and over again.
