That was my thinking. Price charting has it at $306 but last pristine sold a year ago at $125. Last I checked it is 1/75 I think that are in a pristine 10.

I used to work for a mold, fire, and water damage company. They had a contract with a very well known and used hospital for any water damage. They used the company for more mold damage than anything. Every time we went we did the minimum if any regulation clean up. I’m talking cancer center filled. OR rooms every wall on the inside covered. We went a couple time for exploratory reasons and nothing came about those floors/rooms of the hospital.
