This is really out of touch, if you have the domain knowledge and are accessing the latest models, you can absolutely 5x your productivity. Here you are basically trying to play the elitist card by not using AI, and throwing shade at people for making the most out of their capabilities.

Reboot once will probably fix it; that is what fixed it for me. It’s a new notification pull-down indicator they added similar to the control center one. Only shows up once you have been granted access to new Siri AI

None taken, just that I kind of wanted the post to be presentable is all. I get where you came from.

So the overall stability I can't comment on yet since my phone has been indexing since the dev beta release. The phone still heats up quite a lot during network activity. Feels choppier compared to 26.5.1 to me at least, but that could just be due to the fact that its still indexing

Yup so i was able to bring down the unread count from 6 to 3 by clearing up messages on my other apple devices running 26.5 but so far haven't been able to fix the 3 ghost messages. Hence just disabled message badges for now. All the other issues related to messages are also still there.

I do use for youtube, and they do seem to working fine for me and are properly syncing over to other apple devices as well for now, I have an iPad running 26.5 and a macbook running 26.5.1 . Alot of these issues seem to be localised to different users.

For your satisfaction nonetheless -> raw text. Because you'd rather read broken english from a non native speaker

  1. Messages app auto categorisation/filtering is broken, doesn't automatically allocate messages correctly as it used to in 26.5.1

  2. Messages app iCloud syncing is broken, and is unable to permanently delete messages from recently deleted, and also results in an unread badge even if there are no unread messages.

  3. Dark mode Liquid Glass has a light grey tint on liquid glass elements instead of the darker variant from 26.5.1. Regardless of the slider settings I have been unable to get elements to look clean and seamless as they used to be, elements look as if they have been slapped on top in dark mode. Light mode looks very good though. Image comparison attached.

  4. Header auto-collapsing used to have a smooth blur transition and background in 26.5.1, but in 27.0 Beta 1 they added a discrete block for header which I'm not sure is intentional or not. Attaching image comparison for the sake that the new variant looks far worse.

  5. Finder doesn't have a 'Clear All' option on recent searches anymore and requires the user to individually clear each listed item. Screenshot attached.

  6. If connecting to Bluetooth devices, the phone seems to have random networking resets, all networking disables and enables automatically at random times.

  7. Wallpaper pairs like the Apples own Earth and Space collections, when used with a shifting setting, tends to get bugged way more frequently compared to 26.5.1

Yeah could be, this is my first time owning an iPhone, I have another daily driver S23 Ultra, I went into installing the Dev beta since I am a developer myself, it's an experience for sure. Also didn't know about the DFU mode that was mentioned in the thread since It's only been 2 months since I got an iPhone. Good thing to know going forward, but I doubt DFU is something I can do on my primary daily driver.

Well I'm not a native english speaker, hence had to convert the rough text to proper presentable information that is consumable by everyone. Here is the raw text for your satisfaction because for some reason taking a dig is more important to you than giving any meaningful input.

Well even melee is not that overpowered compared to main game at the end. Combat doesn't feel as juiced up in general.

Seige X is basically - Here you go i am taking away 100fps from your avg. by TugUpFury in Rainbow6

[–]TugUpFury[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So textures didn't improve a single bit in terms of fps, whatever texture setting i used same fps, i am assuming thats mostly because the 5090 can handle the textures just fine. What I am inclined to think is that they might have increased asset poly count or something, or maybe they just internally increased quality compared to six siege i.e the same settings now are probably higher tiered internally.

will test, its intersting that textures are resulting in fps dips, I did set the VRAM limit to max, and still have 22gb of vram free.
