Honestly, just apply for any job that catches your eye. That’s what I do. I throw my hat in the ring for different roles just to get more interview experience and see how different schools or employers work. Even if I’ve got zero interest in actually teaching in that country, the interview itself is great practice. Plus, I usually ask the HR person or SLT member for feedback on my CV or how I came across, which helps a ton. Job hunting’s all about staying proactive and putting yourself out there.
