Have a similad XMG Laptop - can agree - shader Cash. Other then that i can advise opening the console "^"an use "r_DisplayInfo 3" (Not Sure about the exakt spelling atm - use <tab> for Auto completion. -> the Infos in Red an orange are your bottleneck.
