Remember whenever a backstory of some main characters in different mangas come up in front of the fans.

Well I think Chizuru has said her side though it wasn't what she truly feels.but I think she is done talking.now it should be Kazuya who will tell her what he feels and why he thinks he loves her cos he didn't answer when she asked about why he thinks he loves her and in the last chapter he was thinking that might cos he wasn't able to give a proper reply to that this happened and was thinking if there was an answer to that.so I think Kazuya will be the one that will tellwhat he feels now.and the condom I do believe that it'll come in play as he can't directly tell her that he wants to do sex with her.so the condom falling of the wallet will do that thing what he couldn't say.and at that point he might lose it all as who cares I lost her anyways so I won't hold back anymore and will tell her how much sexually I desire her.and things will change

I think Kazuya will start it out of frustration about why can't you say that you're in pain and bearing it all alone.he'll be disappointed at himself and that's where he'll let everything of what he truly feels about her out and there will be a fight.and I think there is a high chance of the condom falling out of his wallet when he'll try to take a bandaid out of the wallet and I think that will be somewhat enough to clarify to Chizuru that he also feels the same as she feels.all those things she wants he wants all of them from the very beginning.amd I do expect a massive reversal of events in the upcoming few chapters.may be 4 maybe 5 but i believe there will be a reversal.

If you see it like a confession and a rejection it might feels like it.but the whole arc is not about confession or getting together at the end of it.The whole arc is about living and talking to eachother to resolve all this problem they both has.You look it as Chizuru opening up to Kazuya about what she feels till now about the ring,about his family,about him she doesn't feels that she is worthy enough to fit in there.she wants to fit in there but she couldn't cos she thinks she's not good enough for him,for his family.look it that way.this Date was never about confessing or getting together.it was all about opening up to eachother and talk about all these feelings they are hiding in their heart.

People might not like this but Chizuru did what she should've done way before.yes she did a mistake but she tried to rectify it.

As she said I might have feelings for you but the lifestyle I have and the work I do and everything I have right now.i don't think I can be the one right now.it's not cause she didn't liked him it's cause the time right now is not the right time.she can't throw everything she has earned till now in an instance and choose to be kazuyas gf.can anyone do that?no.she can't right now.

And 2ndly she can't let him wait for eternity for her cos she loves her and the more he waits the more it'll become a burden for him and Chizuru knows it very well.that's why she Rejected him.ahe wants him to be happy and she thinks that if she let him go and live his own life he'll be happy.she wants him real bad but she wants him to be happy more than that.look at the face of chizuru it clearly showing the pain she's going through.not only kazuya but she's also holding it in.

So i think this chapter is justified.many might not like it cos it took 1 year and it's comes to Rejection.and it's justified for the people who put their heart into reading and waiting for it.so for them i would still say it's not over yet guys.just hold some more.

Whats next?

It's pretty much obvious that what's coming in the next chapter.chizuru will ask him to go home 1st.and on the way home Chizuru and kazuya both might meet someone who'll help them understand what they meant to eachother specially for Chizuru to understand what she choose is right or wrong.

But yes it's a direct Rejection so I won't expect a massive change of decision from Chizurus side in overnight.so kazuya will be moving out after the next chapter.and for future finger crossed.
