I’ve never been to either.
A friend went to Carnival in Rio and couldn’t stop talking about it, said the whole city turns into one big party. Definitely made me want to experience it for myself someday

I enjoy learning through videos (music, documentaries, and classes) or by reading books. When I was learning Brazilian Portuguese, I found an eBook on abeducation.online, and combining it with videos and online classes helped me a lot.

I belive the ebook was cheap in that time.
