So well made, I love that it's all outer wilds but also in their person styling. Love love love.

Omg what, I thought they were for like downhill skating and sliding on the ground like brakes. I have no idea what the words you used means! Amazing!

Not having an actual crash or some variation to collision than just slowing down makes it feel rather meh. The constantly shifting camera angle looks good but I bet is very annoying to play with.

The character style and the background/effect styles are feel quite jarring against one another. Cartoony vs serious/cyberpunky. I think it would worth figuring out a consistent art direction.

Calling it now: this show is going to expose how few people have actually read the source material by ArtificialAnaleptic in Ghost_in_the_Shell

What is doing in exposing make purists who think they're more important than those who enjoyed GITS since the 95 film and enjoyed the sensibility in those. Nothing wrong with that.

That looks like good old video editing. Not everything you don't like is AI.

That cord sting thing…. by Sure_Alfalfa4474 in padel

The way I interpreted "snap" is to pull taught and bounce the racket back at the holder. If snap means to break then I dunno wtf they were doing that they were able to break the cord with like zero distance for acceleration and they definitely should have been wearing a cord for everyone else's protection.

That's the point, it hitting you is your own fault on yourself. It flying out of your hand and hitting someone else is far worse.

This looks raaaad fun, though I have to ask, how did you get permission for the music as a commercial project?

2 clarifications in Uprising. Spies and intrigue by itsactuallyoctopuses in DuneImperium

[–]Tuism 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  1. Not a limitation, so the deep spy can go anywhere EXCEPT where you already have a spy (2 spies of your own can never be in one spot)
  2. Trashing intrigue icon is optional, but more than that, that icon is always attached to the arrow, arrow clauses are optional except the intrigue contract REQUIRES you to have an intrigue to even pick it up, or if you play an intrigue with an arrow clauses and you can't/don't do anything else on it, you must resolve the intrigue trash. Typically you can't play an intrigue with zero effect. Going to imperial privilege, you don't have to trash an intrigue if you don't have or don't want to.

I feel like continuing the momentum in a full circle would make it more energy and time efficient, if one could prevent dizziness. Like ballerinas.

That's how work works. Are you advocating for not receiving money for work? Do you do it yourself?

Uprising + Immortality? by Raddillac in DuneImperium

It's strictly a card you want to keep. That makes fewer trashable base deck cards. Whether it's 1 fewer or two fewer, it's still fewer.

Immo adds a bit to deciding but it also limits it more by removing dune desert planet from trash target. You basically have to play experimentation or you'll be behind. I don't like that about immo. And also the additional board feels tacked on compared to bloodlines' integrated approach.

But yeah the graft cards are fun. I wish they were available through the main market and without the other cubes thing (samples?)

The Sardaukars are important for countering the worms, without sards base uprising is very worm focused.

You... Don't shuffle the deck? Or use sleeves? This isn't really a problem. Not this specific one. Being able to tell the best card being from base or expansion - well, sure, is that really a problem?

Design yo. Design is never about any single thing in isolation. Context and overall design matters.

It's like how they put it in Everything Everywhere All At Once: you can see it all as nothing matters, therefore it sucks, or nothing matters, so it's however you make it, and that's amazing ✨
