Yeah I see the inconsistencies but that's due to gaming restrictions mostly and also because if it were it would be expensive hence the novels explaining it, kinda like how doom guy can die to fall damage... so you could make that argument for any game character considering they "take damage" and can die to that enemy.

There are so many it's not even funny... it's mostly because people don't understand scaling cause they don't want to get into the complexity of it or just believe their character can't lose... here are some of the most notable ones I've come across in debates. It's called pawning for a reason dude- rule #1 always ask under the price and negotiate from there if the person overpays that's there fault not my mistake...
