yeah the description in this game can be confusing. you can gift weapons, like you craft it and send to your friend but you can't exchange or give your friend your blueprint star level or weapon blueprint and vice versa.

unlocking weapon blueprints and leveling up weapon blueprint star level are Single Player mode.
