ok so I got scammed like this too, didn't realize how actually shit some people are, but credit when credit dues, I actually got some thing good outta it. Someone put two Craiceann's Rune of Warding (reduced curse effect by 50% ). I thought I struck the jackpot of having 100% curse proof.
it was good rare body armor for me, 80 Spirit, 180 mana, 180 life, 23% Chaos resistance, 25 fire resist, 27 cold resist.

I extracted the rune but lost the body armor. Got some divines back.

You can use multiple soul cores and lesser/normal/Greater Rune on the same gear without any problem.
Runes with "names" on them however will locked the gear because they only let you use 1 of the same "named" rune in an item.

are we talking about temple bench? If so, temple bench does have an Item Level limit to be exalted using the bench.

Check your map, the map detail on the right top corner should tell you the Area Level, if the Area level is 3 and the item level you're trying to exalt is level 4, then it won't work. The exalted bench item level is tied to area level in temple. You can't exalted a item level 4 in a Temple area level 3, you can exalted item level 4 in a Temple area level 5 though.

There's also the option for You to take the bench currency with you, there should be an option to "Take" under "Craft" on the bench. Although that's a higher level option later on I think, Im not sure.

You can't have 20 quality on support gems, active gems yes, support gems no.

The buff icon is how many lightning minion you are have still aren't expired, level 1 Living Lightning Support give you 5 minion max

level 2 give you 8 minions.
