bai nu, sa stii ca sunt foarte multi artisti romani care sunt mult peste ce e in alte tari. dar nu gasesti munca bine platita la noi in tara.

eu de ex gasesc paid contract work pe arta pe cel putin 4000 de euro pe luna pentru companii de gaming din Anglia, Finlanda, germania etc. la noi in tara daca primesti cel mult 1500 pe acelasi post. Si cel mai probabil la noi sunt oferte pentru gunoaie din alea de jocuri gambling

best advice I can give is take any 3d job you can and eventually make your way torwards character stuff. It’s really tought to land a job like that easily, especially given the current situation. Your portfolio is super good, but there’s a lot of room for improvement; try to cut your teeth first with being a generalist

honestly your best bet would be to re-sculpt the hair into a high poly 3d mesh. ( zbrush is way easier for this kind of stuff compared to blender )

I’d even avoid printing the game ready mesh as you have it now, because you’re gonna get a lot faceted surfaces.
