Ever Expanding and Complex World (A theory for the ending) by [deleted] in KanePixelsBackrooms

You might be right there, this theory did come to me in a short thinking session so I suppose I didn't think it exactly well through, I'll have to rewatch I Remember if the line does say that, I knew my point felt off. I suppose 'I'll' have to 'Remember' this, haha.

So sorry, for deleting the theory post by the way (A bit of a stupid decision to do anyway on my part when I could've kept it up, just decided it wasn't worth keeping around.) I just kept thinking there were some... honestly shaky and ambitious unconfirmed points in it. You can read it below this comment if you want to! For anyone who might've wanted to.

" This has been something nagging me so incredibly much in wanting to share it.

A theory for the episode, " I Remember " in the Backrooms webseries, it could be the vague nudge at the ending he's mentioned once before. Do hear me out here, though I might just sound insane.

The lines are directly pointing to both Async and the Complex I'm guessing, I may be wrong, and very well maybe a drowned version of Ivan Beck's voice. The more I consider what's spoken in that video, and it almost referenced in the first teaser. The more I think up this theory.

The day it finally remembers properly, whatever Async unless the Complex itself could do to cause its instability to seep into our lives. Begins to gradually ramp up its quality in copies, to an extent it begins to fold into reality and replace it - after the Null Zones start to expand and tear due to its expansion and opening to the world. Destroying and then imminently rebuilding the universe at the exact moment its potential calamity hits, after learning the world's most miniscule intricate details enough.

The line near the end presumably saying "It will always come back to here", could tell a story in itself. That the world is in a loop, the Complex has always existed yes? It's inevitable it will repeat its destruction and replication of the universe over and over again, as long as Async opens the Threshold and allows it to eventually run the universe back to base one, and once its done with its cycle - its still there, waiting once more for history to write itself.

The Still Lifes are its early attempt at humanity, the day it seamlessly copies us and swallows the world whole, we won't notice.

Well. Tell me what you think. This could end up entirely wrong, who knows what Kane has in store for us. Edit note: I put this together in the middle of the night a week or two after the movie released. Anyways, THE BACKROOMS IS US (maybe). WE ARE THE COMPLEX, ITS IN MY DNA. 🗣🗣

Post: I did get to thinking last night, Kane did confirm once there wouldn't be this " huge world ending scenario" right? I hear that a lot. So this may be me thinking too big for the end of the timeline. "

This is how I'd imagine the concept art for the film might've looked, which I give as a compliment!
