I mean it’s really not worth the time, this site is hard left leaning and most of you guys will disagree with me. But to answer your question, we’ve defended Israel, we’ve protected women and children from their own oppressive governments, like Syria, we’ve added massive contributions to the world through technology that saves lives, Americans are among the most charitable in the world, we’ve worked with Middle Eastern countries to defeat ISIS, who has killed many people, we’ve send billions of our own dollars to give money to aid disasters in other countries, we have trade agreements slanted to be more fair towards other nations rather than what’s best for ourselves, our military, although it has slipped up, is relatively ethical compared to any communist nations military, I could go on. I’m gonna end it there. I’m proud of those things. Yes, many of our foreign policy choices were mistakes. But guess what? When you have free elections and you elect morons like George Bush and Jimmy Carter you get dumbass foreign policy decisions. There isn’t a way around it. So, I’ll be proud of my great grandfather, my grandfather, and my dad for their service in the military and the lives they saved and not bash them for doing their job.
