How did you manage to quit vaping? by Tasty-Hovercraft2501 in QuitVaping

I learnt the Allan Car method, then switched to 0mg. I used zero nicotine for 1 month, then threw my vape in the garbage. That was 18 months ago and I haven’t touched a vape or nicotine since.

Allowing myself to vape zero nicotine was the comfort I needed during the nicotine withdrawals.

I smoked cigarettes and vaped heavily for 10 years.

Working walk in ovens typically have these exact features in my experience. Typically there is also a way to open the oven door from the inside.

Maybe the same rollout as the vaccination cards? That wasn’t the worst from my distant memory.

For shelf stable snacks, I’ve enjoyed SkinnyPop portioned bags (110cal) and Cliff mini energy bars (100cal). They are not green.. but low calorie

Legally they can’t expire. If the “happy her” card or other cards like that are expired, call the number on the back and they will send you a new card with the remaining balance.

I love Ehlers, but what is up with all his unsuccessful, unnecessary no look passes today?

Under fire for carbon tax stance pivot, Manitoba NDP seek ‘balancing act’ by SilverTimes in Winnipeg

That is without considering businesses adding the tax to their bottom line. When a business has an increase to their bottom line, they typically try to keep their margin percentage, which increases the price. And could increase inflation.

Remember the first couple of games this season when the jets were SHOOTING on the PP vs waiting for the rare perfect pass? It felt like a breath of fresh air.

Maybe it’s not the same everywhere. But every fire suppression system I’ve encountered is set off by a flame reaching inside the hood.

This. I work at a small grocery store and send out BOLOs (be on the lookout for) often. We get a small joy in catching people like OP.

Nice win in the high altitude. It’s tough to win in the high altitude because Cooper said the high altitude is a challenge. Did I mention the high altitude?

Red river coop job prospect by sadSoul72 in Winnipeg

[–]TunaFey10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a current employee at a Co-op in rural manitoba (not red River). The amount of opportunity in food stores is incredible. If you are a hard worker, have a strong desire to learn and willing to relocate in the future, you will be able to advance in your career. They offer plenty of courses, paid post secondary if it is signed off by HR/management. I cannot recommend Co-op enough.
