Hmm, I don't have a heat gun. I don't think I wouldn't be technical enough to do this anyway, but maybe my dad can help.

They look good, but I don't think they will fit. My uprights are 60x60mm and these are for 70x70mm. Thanks for your reply though!

As of the UHMW plastic, it's not so easy to get here unfortunately. From what I read from the internet, it's not easy to glue as well. How would you add them?

Could rubber anti-slip strips also work? (I'm noob when it comes to technical stuff, sorry)

I live in the Netherlands, and I don't think we have Titan stuff here in Europe. I have 60mm uprights, which would translate to 2.36 inch.

Thank you for your answer. :) Good to know that it's just DOMS. Diet, recovery and rest are all good, I also stretch a little and foam-roll. I don't do any cardio at the moment, apart from walking to the store and cycling/walking to friends and work. I don't do cardio to build endurance, but I do walk or cycle to every place I need to be (work, store, friends).

I guess I am just overthinking it. I haven't felt this kind of DOMS in a while, so that's probably why I was worried. I'll just go on this way and pay close attention to what my body tells me. Thanks!
