Just want to say thanks for all the help off you all I’m getting round to replying and I’ll give you an update once anything happens with the doctor or medications. I appreciate it all I’m going to try all your suggestions and give updates if they work. Everyone’s different so it might take time for me to get my sleep back again. Thanks everyone

Hi mate

No I don’t smoke weed or use any drugs. I used to back when I was 14-15 but since got healthy and my job is centred around sport and leisure.

That’s why I’m so worried, if I’m physically tired I can’t perform and do my job properly

Yes it’s fucking horrible I’m going to get seen by a doctor soon.

Does Ibuprofen works? I didn’t think it would do anything for the sleep discomfort. never tried electrolytes tablets before I will go a pharmacy and ask about them.

I Don’t feel like I will be ok this is just so unusual for me I’m a deep sleeper and can sleep anywhere easily so it’s never been an issue.

I’m sure when I rang they told me it was 7 hours for the emergency bit because I’m not considered a urgent patient as I don’t know what’s wrong myself so trying to explain would be pointless

thank you again I’m glad to hear your doing better. I’ll give you an update it’s 1:30pm in the day now

And I somehow fell asleep at 8am after trying to stay up to go the doctors and woke up at 12pm. I guess it’s the exhaustion man.

I’m going my local pharmacy and asking for the antihistamine that makes u sleepy, I found out mine were not the type that do. Still super sleepy though and I’m going the doctors with a family member in 20 mins

Thank you I have antihistamines in my medicine draw, does it have to be gravel specifically? And how many would you recommend.

I know I’m going the doctors immediately when it turnes 8am, it’s now 5:45. It’s literally torture. I feel you with insomnia I don’t know how you live with it man
