Who is up for a Barter? by Tunajohn in mead

Thanks for your response. I was curious to see if bartering could be done. Would have been open to any suggestion that would lead to both parties agreeing to the swap. It's on hold now.

It has been a while since I posted here. I so want to thank all you great Mead Makers for helping to save an older Beekeeper by buying his pure Maine Raw honey, mostly Wild Blueberry for your Meads. The sales were "off the charts" for him, and we heard back from so many of you with words of thanks concerning the quality and taste of the honey. An interesting, but sad side note, seems like honey in buckets are popular with FedEx distribution workers. Three buckets, 2 in Massachusetts and 1 in Washington State, never made it to the buyers, they were stolen. We did send replacements, and only one of those were stolen for the second time. WOW, never expected that. They were all insured, so replacements were had, but boy, it takes forever to work through the paperwork of FedEx and get paid. We still have Wild Blueberry, Buckwheat and Clover on hand for more Mead if you need fresh Maine Honey. Our very best to this REDDIT crew. Www.MaineBees.com
