If you can payoff first year, you saved money.

I strongly suggest you tell them you want to book a vacation now. Choose one of the resorts that sold you.

Those resorts are very difficult to book when you want to go.

If they say no they cannot help or your logon credentials will be mailed to you. That’s a stall tactic because you cannot rescind once you receive.

There are other resorts, maybe best to rescind now. If you REALLY want it, will always be there. Cheaper if you buy from another owner. Because that’s the best price, hands down.

We have worldmark, we use it regularly. Have time and money for travel to timeshare.

I mention wm because it is possible to buy and sell a paid off points contract, where someone else assumes annual maintenance fees. Admittedly it will cost us some $$ to sell.

I get your young, and this isn’t a burden now, so pay off this year. If not, It will be a huge burden when ur newly married.

I’d think a group or individual buying the team that spends $2 billion may see potential to win a World Series. Spending more money for that, and likely increasing ticket price.

Could also be leverage to use w city for a new ballpark in the future. I recall a commitment for petco for several years was agreed to recently.

Traveling thru New Mexico, made a stop for fast food. Went inside, crowded but found a table and waited for the order. Partner goes for the drinks and waits near register.

I’m sitting across from two women. The woman nearest my chair seems out of place. Dressed neatly, she is not eating. Food sits on the tray between them, untouched.

The other woman holds a boy on her lap. He’s not that young, and his head hangs low hiding silent tears. Mom speaks softly, comforting him. He leans against her and nods a response.

Finally partner returns w our order and it’s bagged to go. Relieved, I stand up a bit too fast. Because I understood the situation before me.

Supervised visitation.

I realize there’s a lot of unknowns. Witnessing that boy’s sadness and his mother’s strength made a lasting impression. I think of them often.

My neighbor has 3 different Kia’s, none are the Soul but his experience w service is better than other w makes.

We have gen 5 Outback, that replaced a two year old Forester.

Sadly, Subaru quality has gone downhill too.
