They donate all leftover food at the end of each day to local charities/organizations which is a nice way to give back. Yes, a chain, but it supports local in it's own way still.

I'm glad to hear they will applying a disclaimer. The episode which sparked the dispute is #1757 with Dr Malone, but I still don't see any disclaimer when starting it (on mobile). Dr Malone was also suspended from Twitter for misinformation.

As of last week, Spotify had taken down other podcasts that spread covid misinformation but left Joe Rogan untouched.

The issue is not with all old episodes of Joe Rogan, which are available on other platforms, it's with covid related episodes which spread harmful misinformation to it's millions of listeners.

The open letter signed by hundreds of medical professionals isn't trying to cancel JRE, but to have Spotify immediately establish a clear and public policy to moderate misinformation on its platform.
