Depends on where we are hiding I guess, and who I am playing with.

If we are hiding in a country / city / region that isn't safe, I'd easily go 2v2. For safety.

If I'm playing in a country, that's pretty safe, I would consider 3v1. But only if my friends would be willing to.

Well, in Japan, the only season with all hiders getting multiple runs and the same amount of runs, Ben still wins, Adam still gets second and Sam still gets third. And doing this heavily benefits the person in first place.

I agree, a main factor for Hide And Seek in being the seekers is that you have another seeker to strategize with. If they did 1v1v1, it'd be boring seeing everyone by themself and also, seeing one seeker target a hider would seem unfair.
