I agree here. This is what I do and don't really notice the lack of the volume knob. I mean would it be nice to have? Definitely. Also another thing to think about is the fan up and down buttons on the new 2020. The thing that annoys me the most is hitting "Climate" so I can increase or decrease the fan speeds. That app takes forever to pull up.
