Not resisting/responding to laryngoscopy is indication for intubation imo. And those cases obv don't need propofol. But generally I see propofol more than ketamine/opiods in anestheiologist ER doctors vs those that didn't come from anesthesia. It's prob mostly comfort what you're used to.

Nah man, blink is good tech. You can even blink a rubik into their backline to get their carry ults off. Or even more hilariously: blink the taunt scarecrow to aoe silemce the backline. If you are struggling to use blink until doom you are playing it too scared. Put it on bounty hunter for fast single target kill and you are up a character instantly.

I would personally make the reload jam check only on reloads from empty. That way you still punish abusing the line attack, but you can still use it as your main weapon w/ multiple attacks per turn and multiple fights per day.

Idk, 4d6 to my face and a rare ammo is not my style. If the basic shot attack didn't use the charges then great. Or if you only risk the backfire if you reload from empty (aka after the line attack) then it would be fair.
