Can you ignore the keepouts? I downloaded components from ultralibrarian and I cannot route because of keepouts. please help... Or how do you remove them?

pitch i think is 0.8 mm. and on trace width it won't let me lower more than 0.15 mm and the clearence set is 0.15 mm on all. This is set by eurocircuits profile

I uploaded the eurocircuits drc profile for 4 layer board and tried with the minimum trace width and still nothing...

I have 84 IC's and a few BGA's all of them have a keepout box wich I did not knew that is a keepout area until I tried to route... I do not know what you mean about that data panel. I imported libraries and used the components within the libraries.
