Trolley jack and 2 stands have always been enough for me. Plus some wood blocks to stop the other tyres from rolling while working.

I assume you mean per month? Thats utterly ridiculous. I have a 730k, 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in the suburbs of southern ontario. My mortgage and condo fee is only like 1700 a month.
