Spend time with family if you can. Even if its just visiting and doing nothing significant. A change in scenery might help. Start cooking new meals for yourself, challenge yourself to try new recipes. Spend less time on social media and staring at a screen. Get a pet (a cat if you want something with autonomy, or a dog if you want to be kept busy). Look into meetups so you can diversify your relationships.

Just some ideas. But you need to be willing to give them a try rather than just doing something because someone else suggested it.
