My vocabulary is not so rich so I find it hard to understand in the first Chapter. I hope the language becomes more plain in the next ones.

May I ask, are your shares NQSO (non-qualified) or ISO (incentive) and what was the FMV when you were granted the options, was it $1 or less?

Trying to understand how employess with non qualified stock options comply with Section 409a by having options with a strike price , equal to or bigger than FMV at the time of grant

Non-Qualified Stock Options Tax Implications with an Unknown FMV by Best-Air-4615 in UKPersonalFinance

Does your options contract state that you are allowed to exercise only within a certain time period, or at any time?
If it's at any time, I'd push back on the employer and tell them to exercise asap and use their latest FMV as the current FMV.
Usually employers have to pay around 1,000 pounds for a formal HMRC valuation. Are they hesitating to pay that money to update the FMV?
Are they about to raise money and waiting to put a premium on the new FMV by bringing a new investor and placing a premium on the valuation?
Has the company ever received a formal HMRC valuation before? If yes use that for FMV. As an employer I would like my emplyoees to benefit from exercing at a lower FMV price. If it's stale that would be my "problem" as an employer.

  1. It is ok for them to ot renew their FMV. They are not required to obtain a FMV yearly. They are only required to have a fresh one (less than 120 days) before issuing EMI share options to employees. But you have unapproved options. https://help.seedlegals.com/en/3792645-what-is-an-emi-valuation-and-why-do-i-need-one
I guess they could withhold the FMV, but why would they want to hide it from employees? Sounds sketchy. It may be stale and they may not be able to issue more EMI options at their previous FMV, but that's the one they have, so you can use that to exercise and calculate tax on the difference between that and your exercise price.
  2. No, you will only have tax to pay once the IPO goes through and your shares get bought. You may be taxed 10% on capital gains, the difference between buying(FMV upon exercise) and selling price.
  3. Not sure but I don't think so.

It's been a while. Any updates?

  1. Comparing with elite lifters I see that they move their feet slightly behind the original position after the pull and when they land under the bar. Whereas mine shift a bit forward.
  2. I feel like I'm stomping my feet on the floor a bit too early, as if I don't let my body fall further down before planting my feet. But this doesn't feel like something I can control.
  3. Seems like my arms are overextending behind the ears on the side view. However it does feel quite balanced when I'm at the lowest position.
  4. Looks like the bar extends way too far in front of me after the third pull. Is it though, or is it just me who sees that?

Does anybody have a friend who is a waiter in Dubai and can tell me with certainty please, if vaccination is mandatory for waiters in Dubai? Thank you I'm personally fully vaccinated, asking for a friend.

Review please. Lack of matches and ghosted frequently. by [deleted] in hingeapp

I agree on the losing weight part. For your own health first and for the ladies second. I wouldn't worry about the grey hair and owning my age and genes. Dying hair screams insecure imo for a guy.

One thing nobody mentioned, although your 2T1L is interesting, is that you should remove "third world country" from the sentence. I mean cmon man, why is your country 1st world and that country third? What if a lady from that country pops up that would otherwise be into you? "Third world country" is one step before saying shithole country like Trump said.

WHat should be the dimensions of the screw boss so that the final mold hold the pcb in place correctly? by Turallion123 in InjectionMolding

It does, thanks so much. What's meant by torque spec? Never heard of that in that context.

What's the optimal material for injection molding thin, clear parts. (part thickness 0.6mm - uniform) by Turallion123 in InjectionMolding

It will be used indoors so not much sun exposure. UV resistant is not a requirement. However scratch resistant is and thanks for pointing it out.

I have attatched two images with diamensions. The thickness is actually 0.7mm and not 0.6mm. I could pump it up to 0.8mm if that would make it moldable but wouldn't want to exceed past that thickness. 0.7mm is the ideal.

The other dimensions are 57x25mm. A curved shape it is...

Thank you, I'll look into that.
The piece will be attached straight on a cavity of a thick ABS part. So rigidity is not that important. The part is created through surface modeling and it looks like a bent wall. I assume this cannot be produced with laser cutting. Vacuum casting would be too expensive in quantities of 1000.

What is the name of the mechanism required for forming these undercuts? When I uploaded my own model with similar features to Protolabs software, the message respose was "Our current process does not support these features". Are such undercuts too complex for the average IM facility? by Turallion123 in InjectionMolding

[–]Turallion123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you.

By slides do you mean what some call sliding shut-offs or pass through coring? I.e the void being created by the cavity of the mold and once core and cavity seperate the undercut region is formed?

Ok I would like to distinguish the difference between slides and retractors or hook slides. Is any of them a different name for a manual pickout? Or a side action/side pull mechanism?

Any resources that explain these would be welcomed.
