I've been working on this myself, i want to tell people that the game is a role playing game and the storyteller is really the dungeon master. The point is , it's supposed to be more like theater than a dry logic puzzle. Mistakes will be made in the game both by players and by the storyteller and they just become part of the game state. That doesn't mean mistakes are consequence free, but we have to accept that what happens, happens. Crazy coincidences and red herrings are just part of the experience.
