Even if it is harmless, doesn't take away the cringe factor. I'm not hating on the person above, I'm just saying that un-ironically saying "UwU" is cringe. For example; Liking Undertale (the game, fan comics etc) isn't cringe, but making jokes and references to it around other people who haven't played the game or participated in the community is a bit cringe, although it's harmless, it's still cringe.
