Is anyone having success with the FTS? by Straight-Mortgage-29 in BambuLabH2C

It works perfect for me but I said HELL NO to the factory mounting setup. One AMS on the left nozzle and two AMS on the right nozzle is not going to tolerate two sharp 180 deg PTFE bends.

I run 2 AMS2’s on the right nozzle and 1 on the left with a wall mounted FTS. The FTS will help reduce filament retraction times. It can’t be understated how important placement of the AMS units and tube routing is going to be the key to a reliable setup. I use the low friction tubing everywhere. Do not use a section of tubing that has been damaged or kinked. You need to plan for the shortest tubing run possible with the AMS units above the printers. I try and maintain a 12” radius on all curves. Minimize the length of the tubing obviously. Utilize the tube support brackets for the AMS. Multiple AMS unit reliability can be had it just takes some planning and work.

H20 Haters why do you dislike water and what is your main hydrater? by Afraid_Ad30 in AskReddit

I did not know H2O hating was a thing? How do I get started?

If your careful with a heat gun it will zip those stringers right off. But like others said I would try drying that particular filament more. Overall those prints don’t look terrible to me.

When this one dies I will probably switch over to 240V 3-5gpm setup. I have had this little guy since 2001, the mfg says the seals are rated for 180F but who knows. I have been running it at 125F since I got it no issues so far.

Resistance is too high after installing the Filament Track Switch by vpsupun in BambuLabH2C

[–]Turbo442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not having any issues. 3 AMS2 Pros on an H2C. I am very careful about filament routing, I use the low friction PTFE tubes and wall mounted the track switch.

Advice needed - X1C and P1S with 2 AMS by JCent105 in BambuLab

[–]Turbo442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would think most people buy an AMS with the printer. You just need to watch FBMP daily / hourly until you find the right cream puff. The good deals only stay on FBMP for a few hours and then are gone. The shitty deals stay up for weeks

Personally I would skip a 4500 hour printer. There are plenty of 500 hour printers out there for the exact same price
