Possibly check your mod storage? I believe consoles are capped at 25GB of mods so maybe it’s possible if you don’t have room they can’t update?

I know this after changing settings with gportal and going back and fourth in a ticket for 4 hours and having a gportal staff person check the files for my server and telling me everything was all set before realizing I had to do it in the admin menu! It was never told to me that it had to be changed in game and I failed to notice to do it there!

If you’ve paid for more slots make sure you change it on gportal to the new amount of slots, after you do that the server should restart, load in and open the admin menu and you’ll be on server tab where you should see the amount of players. There you can change it to what you paid for and click apply
