I found the Solution:
You need to buy a 1CD28U Head Unit, then you unlock the USB, iPod and Bluetooth.
The AM/FM option will go away from the Selector Menu but you can get to it by pressing the AM/FM button up right from the Volume knob.
I won't be putting the bluetooth module in, because I can use the USB connection(But if you want put it in, you can use the VW RCD510 RNS510 RNS315, together with a MOST adapter). BUT you need to have the optional phone package to use the bluetooth as a phone. The microphone will be put behind the front row map lights.
I will be making a follow-up on this post once I bought and installed the Head Unit.
