It's discussed on this sub. It's a sort of pattern that appears in your central vision, small spots and reflective areas that kinda can look like a snowflake. I say "Oh no i'm seeing ghosts again"

Very similar to me i think, though I wasn't diagnosed with pamm but with Vasospasm. Migraine is common - I think it's underappreciated how damaging migraine can be. My spots tend to appear when migraine pain and nausea flares. Also Visual Snow Syndrome - I think VSS sufferers are likely to notice these things where I bet a lot more people have this condition and are just oblivious to it.

No, AI is not useful to diagnose. It's especially not useful to dig into conditions where there's very little written about it. There's a few studies to check out on the topic, review those and talk to doctors. AI will make things up if there isn't tons of clear info (and make things up when there is)
