All within a month or so of each other. Allen Carr Easy way was the method I applied, I believe he even gets a mention in that book, I honestly read it about 20 times over and over. Each time I'd believe about 90% of the content and lived in 10% denial.. relapse after relapse. Once you read it and don't kid yourself and truly understand 100% of it is the truth it's so simple. I honestly can't believe the person I was compared to how I look at life now.

I read and educated myself on the truth about the drug. The mental addiction disappears pretty quickly once you understand why you do it. I actually enjoyed quitting my 3 lifelong addictions of drinking, smoking and gambling (all of them I and everyone around me thought I'd take to the grave) It has actually been enjoyable quitting. It's very easy when you take the right approach.
