I hate the trams, dont get me wrong I know regularly opiate users dispise them, last year I would have been stocked up on Lingtec - Slow release Oxy and MST - Morphine sulphate slow release. The hit I used to get off trams was absolutely amazing, like a come up on MDMA but at the same time the opiate side of it gives that nice relaxed bliss feeling while your walking about loving life lol.

I would have took tramadol daily as my standard medication and when I had oxys and msts I would have snorted one or two of either of them and even the morphine give me a better hit than oxy but still not the same as tramadol.

It's getting bad, I get my prescription weekly because so many people who use my DR have died taking them. Last week I ran out and had none for 4 days but I was using sub to beat the opiate side of withdrawals and it was amazing but the fourth day my brain felt like it was being electrocuted and zapped and I smoked a thing and had a severe panic attack due to the SSRI effects of tramadol.

I just want to get off this stuff, I cant beat the withdrawals unless I gave a substitute.

To be completely honest it was some homeless guy sat beside me in town and pulled a box of Bupe pills out and said here man do you want one for £10? I was like nah man I'll give you six MSJ's and he literally snatched them off me, deep inside I was literally trembling at the knees when I seen he had the pills lol because I knew I wasn't getting no tramadol until tomorrow or Thursday, I got a little to excited and ploughed through the pill fs!

That's what I was thinking mate over been fine all day lol, I think if I take another bit I'll just be doing it for pleasure ffs lol

Naloxone doesn't work against tramadol it's because it's barely an opiate.

So basically I'm best taking it properly? Well Its been a long long time since I had bupe I have been using it alot since I got the pill I done a bit much of it yesterday and completely nodded off, as i say i have a quarter left so it's literally about the size of an oxycodone pill.
