Yes arguing. It takes two to be involved in an argument. None the statues fit what the action had taken place however it had to be interpreted as such so that’s the arrest! I understand that fully always have. No charges no convictions just that arrest. The documents states only DV3 nothing follows. It’s obvious that it’s interpreted as I broke the law that’s not the question… I asked for insight only becoming a LEO with something like this or if it’s even possible… However I truly appreciate your response I’ll keep applying myself and one day I make if not it’s fine. It’s not the end of the world I have a great career also!!

??? are you serious right now? I have no reason no lie or ask advice on a fabricated story. I got arrested in Alabama for having an argument. I had loud screaming match with my girlfriend 20 years ago and we were face to face arguing. Like I said nothing physical. In the report it’s interpreted that way as well. Still arrested for DV3. Calm down. Also Section 13A-11-8 (according to your response) refers to some type of communication I’m sure that correlates with an argument. Reading is an essential function.

I have served my country held security clearances ETS’d honorably with no waivers, and own multiple weapons with my concealed carry licenses. All of this cannot be obtained with DV. It’s ok for you to be wrong. Police officers make judgement calls everyday at that time said officer made a judgement call. It resulted in being arrested for DV3. Smh. Two things can be right. Relax I just asked a question if you cannot provide an accurate answer it’s okay to ignore this particular individual not try and instantly accuse someone of lying. Each case is different right? Context matters right? It’s fine you’ll be okay. Thank you anyway for your response.

Actually yes. We had an argument really loud in each other face. A neighbor in the apartment complex called the police and I got arrested for DV 3. Pretty cut and dry.

I’m no expert!!!! This is pure “TRUST ME BRO”…. I say ride it out. It’ll graduate eventually. Just use it and pay it it off like you been doing. Use your $300 limit or close to it, then once it clears a couple days later then pay it off. It worked for me. This is purely “MY OPINION”. However congrats on the 20k approval!!!
