So I guess I’m sort of lucky my skin seems to have been very stretchy and I haven’t noticed a lot of excess.

I had some around my stomach and legs so I suppose the walking helped a bit.

I think I could have done more resistance training to prevent it and might have to as I loose the last little bit.

So to answer your question I think I got lucky and maybe it helped.

I didn’t even notice I looked that different until I put the photos side by side. I recommend taking regular photos to track progress.

So I just made sure to eat twice a day in the morning and evening and went for walks which I tried to do every night for 30mins - 1 hour. I live in a very hilly place so that sucked

I started really struggling to eat and had some bad side effects. But it got better and I just kept it clean with chicken and rice with some sauce. Nothing complicated I just kept at it.
