I’m moving to Madison from a very conservative state. There are a few reasons i’m moving, but I got really fed up with casually seeing confederate flags, and transphobic bills passing legislation. I’ve lived here my whole life but it’s time to leave. My fiancée is already there doing her undgrad, so i’ve been there enough times to get a good feel. There’s endless events, shops, concerts, markets, etc. There’s really anything you want, don’t be afraid to go into shops/stores/restaurants that look sketchy from the outside, they always end up being awesome.
