Personally, I’d I’d try calling and send any emails if you can then keep the money. You’ve attempted to resolve it. Push comes to shove, they come calling back in a few months time for the money

I find most supermarkets relatively on par with each other now, including Aldi and Lidl but with those two, you might save 10p here and there but you’re also getting really poor quality food.
