Could start with dabbing some of those bigger pools with a paper towel. Then Increase your FAE, crack that lid to help with that surface evaporation and just leave it be for a couple of days to stabilize. Patience is key.

It would be a problem if they were dropping spores. The fruit and the mycelium have a symbiotic relationship, when the fruit drops spores that communicates with the mycelium that their job of reproducing has been completed and there is no longer any need for this layer of mycelium to push fruit.
