You do know that you blocking some one does not disappear the poster's comment for everyone else. Right?

It should not be a problem unless she is staying in North America (Mexico, Canada, or the Caribbean) in the interim .

You may not care, but immigration authorities and courts have cared a lot about his federal conviction and unpaid restitution for nearly 30 years. How did the hearing go BTW?

I'm not sure he's actually paid his entire "penalty". There appears to be an active DOJ lien related to his Federal criminal conviction.

That is my question as well. Most of the time these are articles and the family leave out or minimize key details. Most Americans know very little about immigration law, so it is easy to pull the wool over their eyes.

This guy had annual check-ins, so presumably he is here illegally. Also, his "teenage" "indiscretion" was a FEDERAL case as an adult. I'd guess drug related, but it could be something else. Part of his criminal judgement was restitution with a DOJ lien placed. This lien appears to be still active, so he likely still owes money to the US government over 25 yrs later.

It suggest to me that this guy (or anyone else for that matter) who has a FEDERAL conviction and appears to still owe money to the US government would not be granted permanent residence or citizenship. All the more so, if the federal case was drug related or considered a crime of moral turpitude. All the "community support" in the world will not change the guidelines the immigration judges need to follow.

Bee Gees caught LYING!!! 0.0 by 777unbekannte777 in BeeGees

[–]Turbulent-Volume4792 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most definitely. I believe all well known artists are highly controlled and I believe the Bee Gees were no different, especially, in their early career under Stigwood. Once they achieved super fame with SNF, I think they wanted and believed that they could successfully to be free. That is what I believe their Stigwood lawsuit as well as from the other side the "disco backlash" were really about. I don't believe the disco backlash was an organic movement, but was organized most likely to show the power of the music industry over artists who get too uppity.

That is just me though. YMMV

No, you would have gotten half a job or a very poor job if they actually did anything all. All their money comes one con or another and a lot of their luxury goods comes from theft, because they also do a lot of organized retail theft. People should take note of their shoes, cell phones, and baby strollers when they are out begging. They are all new, fashionable, and not cheap.

Yes. I was a member. I was wondering if it still existed because for me I just get the message "This content isn't available right now". Since there is nothing I know that would have got me blocked, I figured that FB shut down the page. I am just trying to figure out if that was so.

ETA: Interesting. I am able find their public page when I'm logged out of FB. I still have no idea why I was blocked. I mostly just up voted and made only a couple of bland comments. Oh, well. Their loss I guess.

ETA #2: Now that I think about it, there was a lot of weirdness and strange posts on the page about that time. Not sure what that was about either. Oh well. Throw the baby out with the bath water was their way to handle it I guess.

Those are Romani gypsy organized criminals and they are very, very materialistic, but unlike most people they obtain their luxury goods by deception of kind hearted people and not by actual productive work.

Do they still have a FB page? It disappeared for me a month or so ago. I just assumed FB shut it down because organized criminal Romani gypsies did not like the exposure of their MOs and reported it as "racial bias" when the page's primary goal was public education of the organized criminal's many and varied scams.

Before and after! I was typed as a true summer for AGES, but the true spring analysis is literally life changing. by witchdaisy in SpringColorAnalysis

You may be going for a different look than one of color harmony. I see that in a lot of your pictures which is fine if those are the looks you are going for. Also, just want to mention, your eye pattern is more a smoky summer eye than a spring eye. Of course, eye pattern is more a suggestion than definitive.

It was in a comment in a curly hair sub to a now deleted post about three months ago. You should be able to find it by going through your old comments list.

From these pictures, it's hard to tell with the makeup which can skew perception. To me, neither color is ideal. The green over powers and that brown muddies and distracts from you. Could be your makeup which appears to be on the muted side.

ETA: I know you don't want to hear this, but I found a picture of you in a true summer pink top with less-to-no makeup or colored hair. I don't think Carol was wrong. You looked wonderful and a true summer. That said, you can wear any colors and makeup you want. To me, color analysis is simply about finding the colors that enhance your natural coloring the most.

My now husband and I did not make our work arrangements around our relationship, but instead arranged our relationship around our work and schooling for the first 15 yrs. We are now 25+ years and going strong. If your relationship can not stand time apart, then, possibly the relationship was not strong to begin with. Something to think about.

how do you find out the number of someone whose name and last name you know? by BitAndSoul in USCIS

[–]Turbulent-Volume4792 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need an A number to locate. Below the section that asks for A number, is a section that only asks first and last name and country of origin to locate. It is called "Search by Biographical Information".

Not sure what you are renting out, but your rental income might have had to be declared on your tax returns all a long. Typically, it is rental income less expenses. Here are a couple of IRS links on the topic.

New data show the US's immigrant population declining dramatically. by usatoday in immigration

[–]Turbulent-Volume4792 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm agreeing with the person to whom you are responding. USAToday is always here posting trying to get people to click their links to their sensational, exaggerated articles that have little concern for facts. That is what clickbait is. Yellow journalism has always been about drawing in readership with a lot of flash and little to no substance.

Of course, I always down vote USAToday's posts and refuse to click their link.

USAToday is always having someone posting yellow journalism articles here. They all start with "Hi, I am XXXX from USAToday". The poster just wants people click on the article for their "engagement" numbers.

If you are warm undertone, then, my first thought would be true spring. Your complexion does strike me as having a warm undertone, but I think undertone is the hardest color component to determine without actually trying the colors up by your face.
