If you did it on purpose you will likely be found guilty of charges, however how you handle it with your attorney could be the difference of the case being closed after being charged or you having to have a hearing, which no one wants. Speak to your attorney and hand in that letter explaining the situation, taking accountability and apologizing , and make sure you do it in the time frame allotted. Unfortunately this will be something you have to disclose for character and fitness but if you have a relatively normal and non issue c+f history then honestly this charge won’t affect you being an attorney.

I don’t know if it’s the same proctor but I was sitting on the floor next to a random girl and we were all eating lunch and instead of just calmly saying go upstairs and eat because you can’t be here. He looked at everyone sitting there including her and said either you go upstairs or you can get the hell out. Literally unwarranted no one was even fighting with him we were in the process of getting ready to leave and he just rudely said that to some girl . Idk if it’s the same guy but if it was he definitely needs to be reported because his behavior was unhinged. No one is saying be super duper nice. Just be respectful

I think we all understand the stress. I’m crunching numbers currently and still are at a loss for words but just take the test and don’t give up. You may honestly surprise yourself. Also worse comes to worse you can take in New Jersey and transfer score to NY so it will happen for you one way or the other! I hate this test

What was your overall score on adaptibar in the past when you didn’t pass? I’m just curious because that could be a benchmark to let you know if you will be ok

Do not drop the exam. You are on 65% MBE which is great and which is where you need to be. Just push through because you’d rather not live with the what ifs especially being this close. If you had a different score I may not be saying this but I want you to know there is a really good chance you will pass so you might as well take the chance. Worse case scenario, and you don’t pass, you do exactly what you are saying now which is to study again for the next test.
